Job Description

We are seeking a professional, passionate, and customer-oriented Spa Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massages, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness therapies according to company standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities.

• Ensure all spa equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.

• Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Good command of English is preferred.
