Requirements
* Lead and elevate the visual identity of multiple brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve brand guidelines and visual systems.
* Provide creative direction and quality control for all design outputs.
* Mentor and manage visual art team while fostering a culture of excellence.
* Translate business objectives into compelling and effective visual solutions.
* Establish and maintain a structured creative asset ecosystem, ensuring all source files, photography assets, templates, and brand resources are properly organized, documented, and accessible.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Art Direction, or related fields.
* Proven experience leading and managing creative/design teams.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development, visual systems, and design excellence.
* Exceptional visual taste with strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and design hierarchy.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong technical execution skills.
