About the Role
We're looking for a creative and passionate Video Content Creator to produce short-form product videos with a UGC-style approach for our TikTok Shop’s yellow cart. This role is important in supporting product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion through clear, engaging, and sales-driven video content.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, from any major; passionate about e-commerce or Internet industry development.
Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
At least 1 year of experience in short video production, from scripting, shooting, and editing.
Willing to be placed in the Cikarang area (KITIC, Cikarang Pusat).
Portofolio is required.
Familiar with UGC-style content, product storytelling, hooks, and conversion-driven video formats.
Experience in the e-commerce industry or handling content for online selling platforms is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form product videos with a natural and persuasive UGC-style approach for e-commerce platform and social media (TikTok and Instagram).
Develop simple scripts, hooks, and product key selling points based on product benefits and campaign needs.
Shoot and edit videos with strong attention to pacing, hooks, subtitles, transitions, and audience retention.
Research and monitor current social media trends, viral formats, and competitor content strategies.
Coordinate product preparation, shooting schedules, and content assets to ensure timely production.
Optimize content performance by reviewing GMV, engagement metrics, watch duration, and audience response.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign messaging, and platform best practices
