Project Manager

Beeza is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and tech savvy Project Manager to lead the end to end development of a new digital product for our sister company. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring high quality delivery, and working closely with stakeholders to bring an innovative app to life. You will act as the central point of communication, ensuring the project moves smoothly from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Coordinate cross functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and task tracking.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, technical specifications, and actionable tasks.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage post launch support and iterations.
• Ensure product quality by overseeing testing phases and managing bug resolution.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, documentation, and presentations for management.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Continuously optimize workflow, processes, and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in tech, digital product development, or software projects.
• Proven experience managing app or web development projects.
• Proficiency in specific tools.
• Strong understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent organization, time management, and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in consumer-facing apps (social, community, marketplace, or dating apps).
• Familiarity with UX/UI processes, prototyping, and user testing.
• Experience working in startups or building early-stage digital products.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Ability to anticipate challenges and propose creative solutions.
