Requirements
Good English communication, leadership skills, and a passion for sports and fitness.
Professional, disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing daily gym operations while continuously improving operational performance.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily gym operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Coordinate with the operations team, cleaner, finance, and owner, and prepare regular operational reports.
Develop and execute plans to grow the gym, increase memberships, and support marketing initiatives.
