We're a fast-growing F&B and entertainment group building some of Jakarta's most talked-about spaces — from everyone’s go-to karaoke at Caiman, to elevated dining at Notta, to late-night casual singing sessions at Masterpiece. We're not another corporate hospitality group; we move fast, experiment often, and want our socials to feel as alive as our venues do.
### The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content — someone who scrolls TikTok and Instagram not just to consume, but to reverse-engineer why things work. You'll own the social presence across all our venues, turning each one's personality into scroll-stopping content, and building a community that shows up IRL.
### What You'll Do
- Own the content calendar and posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms for each venue
- Shoot, direct, and/or edit short-form video (reels, POV, behind-the-scenes, event recaps) — hands-on, not just brief-writing
- Spot trends early and adapt them fast, before they're stale
- Build and manage a content creator/KOL pipeline for events and launches
- Track engagement, growth, and content performance, and turn insights into next month's plan
- Coordinate with venue managers and the marketing team to capture real moments (live sets, new menu drops, karaoke nights) as they happen
- Manage community engagement — DMs, comments, tagged stories — with a consistent, on-brand voice per venue
### What We're Looking For
- Genuinely online — you understand platform culture, not just posting mechanics
- Strong eye for visual storytelling; comfortable shooting and editing on a phone
- Creative and proactive — you pitch ideas before being asked
- Loves learning; picks up new tools, formats, and trends without being told twice
- High energy, thrives in fast-paced, nightlife/F&B environments
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends when venues are most alive
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (content creation, social media, or venue/event marketing) — a killer portfolio matters more than years on paper
- Bonus: experience running multiple brand accounts at once
