About Precision Gym & Wellness
Precision Gym & Wellness is an integrated fitness and recovery ecosystem dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health, performance, and well-being. We combine fitness, rehabilitation, recovery, and wellness services under one roof. We are currently looking for passionate Physiotherapists who are eager to grow in a professional environment focused on Sport Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, and holistic wellness care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions with a focus on Sport & Manual Therapy.
- Assist clients in injury prevention, recovery, mobility improvement, and performance enhancement.
- Educate clients on rehabilitation exercises, movement patterns, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate closely with trainers, wellness practitioners, and management to ensure integrated client care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and progress documentation.
- Uphold high standards of patient care and professional ethics.
Qualifications
- Male.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Physiotherapy.
- Diploma Degree (D3) graduates are welcome to apply with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong interest or specialization in Sport Physiotherapy and Manual Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good-looking appearance and energetic personality.
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
- Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Taping, or related fields are an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English is a plus.
