Requirements & Qualifications:
•? ?Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or similar role in a restaurant, bar, beach club, or hospitality venue.
•? ?Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
•? ?Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a bar team while maintaining high service standards.
•? ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
•? ?Understanding of bar operations, inventory control, stock management, and cost control.
•? ?Excellent English communication skills
•? ?Well-groomed, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
