Supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team, including warehouse workers.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulation.
Monitoring inventory levels, ordering and receiving to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste.
Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimise storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Providing Report period, training and support to the warehouse team to improve productivity and performance.
Collaborating with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless product distribution.
Generating and analysing reports to identify areas for improvement and make date-driven decisions.
Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System to track stock levels, manage orders, and oversee warehouse operations. Implement best pratices for WMS utilization.
