Key Responsibilities :
Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
Present food and beverage menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Serve beverages and food according to hotel service standards.
Ensure prompt, attentive and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Arrange tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, napkins and condiments according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, lounge and service areas.
Assist in closing procedures and ensure the bar is clean and ready for the next shift.
Replenish service stations with glassware, ice, beverages, garnishes and operating supplies.
Support inventory counting and stock replenishment when assigned.
Assist in receiving and storing bar supplies following hotel procedures.
