Night Auditor/Receptionist

Position: Receptionist / Night Auditor

Location: Bali

Type: Full-time (Shift, including night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing reservations and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Performing night audit duties, including daily closing, reporting, and basic accounting tasks (for Night Auditor).
• Ensuring accurate guest records and payment processing.
• Maintaining front desk operations and upholding service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Night Auditor is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Familiar with hotel systems (PMS) is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
