About the role
PT Sihana Dhrami Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservation professional to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our Bali location, where you will play a vital role in managing guest bookings and enquiries. As a Reservation specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they decide to book with us. This role is instrumental in driving occupancy rates and guest satisfaction, directly contributing to the success of our hospitality operations.
Key responsibilities
Processing reservation and manage our OTA platform ( Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda , etc )
Managing the reservation system to maintain accurate availability and booking information
Providing guests with detailed information about accommodation, facilities, rates and special packages
Handling payment arrangements and confirming reservation details with guests
Coordinating with other departments including housekeeping, front office and management to ensure smooth guest experiences
Managing cancellations and modifications to reservations in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining detailed records of all booking transactions and guest preferences
Following up on pending reservations and inquiries to maximise conversion rates
Resolving guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Assisting with promotional activities and special offers to enhance occupancy rates
What we're looking for
Proven experience working in a reservation or booking role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese or other Asian languages are highly advantageous
Strong proficiency with reservation software and computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding customer service abilities with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservation information
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
Knowledge of Bali tourism and attractions is preferred
Certification in hospitality or reservation management is advantageous
