We are seeking a talented and experienced Waitress to join our team at Bund House - Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant in South Jakarta, SCBD. As a Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our premier restaurant.
Job Description :
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers
Maintain a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed
Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns or issues
Assist with side duties such as setting tables, folding napkins, and light cleaning
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirement :
Well Groomed
Able to Speak in English will be prioritized
Have more than 1 year experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with standard restaurant equipment and point-of-sale systems
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering high-quality service
