We are seeking a talented and experienced Waitress to join our team at Bund House - Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant in South Jakarta, SCBD. As a Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our premier restaurant.

Job Description :

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed

• Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns or issues

• Assist with side duties such as setting tables, folding napkins, and light cleaning

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirement :

• Well Groomed

• Able to Speak in English will be prioritized

• Have more than 1 year experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Familiarity with standard restaurant equipment and point-of-sale systems

• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering high-quality service
