Role Description: Responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of the company's branding strategy to increase brand awareness, strengthen the brand's position in the market, and drive sustainable business growth. This position leads the development of brand identity, communication strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches, and ensures that all branding activities are carried out consistently, effectively, and aligned with the Company's business objectives.
Qualifications
1. Branding Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead the implementation of short-term and long-term branding strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and targets.
Determine brand positioning, target audience, value proposition, and key messaging to enhance brand competitiveness.
Identify brand development opportunities based on market trends, consumer needs, and the company's business direction.
2. Brand Identity Management
Establish and manage brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual assets, tone of voice, and brand characteristics
Ensure consistent implementation of brand identity across all communication channels and marketing activities
Conduct regular evaluations of brand guideline implementation across all departments
3. Consumer & Market Insights
Lead market research, competitor analysis, and the collection of consumer data and insights to develop branding strategies based on market and consumer analysis results
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and consumer needs to support strategic decision-making
4. Marketing Campaign Management
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across various communication channels and social media
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create effective and impactful campaigns for the company's development
5. Content Brand & Communication Strategy
Determine the direction of the brand's communication strategy and develop content tailored to the target audience.
Ensure all communication activities reflect the company's brand positioning and values.
Direct content development to increase engagement, awareness, and brand preference.
6. Product Launch Management
Lead the new product launch strategy, including planning communications, promotions, and marketing activities.
Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and E-Commerce to ensure a successful product launch.
7. Brand Partnership & Public Relations
Identify and build relationships with media, communities, and other strategic partners to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and provide recommendations for improvements for future programs.
8. Brand Performance & Budget Management
Establish branding KPIs and monitor brand awareness, engagement, customer sentiment, market share, and ROI.
Manage the branding budget and ensure effective marketing budget utilization.
Prepare branding performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Development, and Supply Chain teams to execute brand strategy.
Identify innovation and brand development opportunities based on changing industry trends and consumer behavior.
