We’re looking for Solar Sales Admin. The pay range we’re offering are higher than the industry standard and based on the qualifications and experiences of the candidates. We also provide ongoing training to develop your career. On top of this, we offer a fun and lively working environment!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer data, track leads, and support the sales process
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English, spoken and written
  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales administration or sales support
  • At least 1 year of experience in Solar Power System projects
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Holds a valid Class A and Class C driver’s license is a plus
  • Preferably possesses Mandarin language skills

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding Solar Power System offerings and products online (social media) and offline (seminars and exhibitions), and follow up on potential clients
  • Prepare, review, and archive technical and administrative documents for Solar Power System projects accurately, including preparing documents for Solar Power System installation permit submissions every January and July
  • Conduct routine checks on partner and vendor platforms related to PLTS projects
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including processing orders, preparing documents (invoices, contracts, BOQ), and managing project schedules
  • Fulfill Solar Power System tender and contract requirements, including technical and administrative documentation
  • Comply with company regulations and policies
