We are looking for 2 (two) experienced part-time baristas (3-4x a week) for our newly-opened F&B space, located in Pondok Indah. Our space will be a place for conversations, art, and community through a slow and unique cafe experience. As our barista, you will have an important role in enhancing the customer experience through genuine hospitality, quality products, and efficient service.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a café, hospitality, or customer service role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) proficiency.
Presents a neat, well-groomed, and professional presentation according to the café's standards, and recognising that personal presentation is part of a positive customer experience.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
