Responsible for warehouse system from material receiving, storage, inventory and loading finished goods, manage inventory and stock counting.
Main Responsibilities:
· Update the status of goods and monitor the quantity and quality of goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
· Prepare and maintain warehouse invoices and receiving documentation.
· Arrange the placement of goods based on expiration dates, categories, and SKUs.
· Collaborate with the Warehouse Keeper to conduct accurate inventory audits.
· Manage warehouse maintenance and inventory.
· Coordinate with related departments regarding stock status (remaining stock, dead stock, and rejected stock).
· Process Goods Receipts (GR) and Goods Issues (GI).
· Prepare daily reports on stock movement and inventory accuracy.
· Track, record, and resolve any discrepancies in received orders.
· Maintain warehouse 6S standards.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing company (packaging manufacturing experience is a plus).
· Experience using the SAP system is required.
· Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is an advantage.
· Certification in Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management, as well as an SIO certificate, is an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Good communication in English.
· Willing to be based in Cikande, Serang.
