About The Job:
This role is within SEFAS Group, the largest authorized distributor of Shell Lubricants in Indonesia, serving key industries including mining, logistics, transportation, and manufacturing. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by combining technical expertise with sales skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide product recommendations and technical specifications to customers.
Utilize technical knowledge to support sales, offer consultations, and conduct product demonstrations.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Update and maintain the sales pipeline regularly.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum a year of experience in technical sales or industrial sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering customer presentations.
Able to communicate effectively across functions and levels within the customer organization.
Must have a valid driving license (SIM C & SIM A).
Work location: Sumatera Selatan & Cikarang (Kabupaten Bekasi)
