Responsibilities:
1. Manage communications and build relationships with Instagram, Tiktok and Shopee KOLs or affiliates for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions to increase awareness and drive sales.
2. Identify, approach, collaborate and develop relationships with KOLs/influencers or affiliates on TikTok, Shopee and Instagram.
3. Continuously explore new KOLs and affiliate opportunities, trending KOLs, and demand affiliates.
4. Efficiently manage collaboration budgets, responsible for collaboration exposure and conversion, ensuring optimal ROI.
4. Monitor influencer deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed according to timelines and brand expectations.
5. Tracking KOLs and affiliates campaign performance including engagement, reach, conversion, GMV contribution, ROI and refine strategies to maximize impact
6. Prepare regular campaign reports, KOL and affiliate performance analysis and market feedback for internal review.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in managing KOLs and Affiliates in fashion industry is a MUST.
2. Having strong and extensive networking with KOLs and Affiliates.
3. Familiar with TikTok and backend affiliate ecosystems and trends
4. Able to work independently and manage multiple KOL and affiliate projects simultaneously.
5. Savvy with current trends in social media and able to measure social media engagement.
6. Target oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in English as a working language.
8. Willing to WFO at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
