  3. Memahami kualifikasi spesifikasi mekanik dan elektrikal seperti AC, Eskalator, Lift, Hydrant, Genset, Doorlock System, dll

  4. Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik

  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

  6. Disiplin, ulet dan pekerja keras

  7. Berdomisili di Bogor atau Depok lebih diutamakan

  8. Bersedia bekerja di area Cibinong, Kab. Bogor
