Education:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
General Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Development, or B2B Business Development.
- Prior experience in the IT, Tech, or B2B technology solutions industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and managing distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to drive indirect sales revenue through partner ecosystems.
Job Description:
- Develop and manage the network of channel partners, resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances to drive corporate business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute channel partner development strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and evaluate their sales performance.
- Design and implement partner enablement programs and incentive schemes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams to maximize revenue contributions from channel partners.
- Monitor and track sales target achievements generated through the partner ecosystem.
