We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef specializing in Asian Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and deliver authentic, high-quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations and team management
Develop and maintain authentic Thai cuisine standards
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
Control food cost, stock, and kitchen efficiency
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Train and develop kitchen team members
Collaborate with management on menu development and operations
Requirements:
3-5 Years experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Asian Cuisine
Strong knowledge of authentic Asian ingredients and cooking techniques
Leadership and team management skills
Able to work in high-volume and fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of food cost and kitchen operations
Creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills in English preferred
Certified in Food Safety and Health & Hygiene practices
