Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Melakukan Recruitment End to End (Publikasi lowongan, Seleksi Berkas, Tes & Wawancara, on Boarding)

  2. Mengembangkan kompetensi karyawan melalui program coaching, mentoring, dan career development.

  3. Mengelola proses performance management, termasuk penilaian kinerja dan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi.

  4. Mendukung pelaksanaan talent review dan succession planning untuk mempersiapkan calon pemimpin perusahaan.

  5. Memastikan seluruh program pengembangan berjalan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan dan praktik HR yang berlaku.
