Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 03 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and performance management.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Manage time and attendance, leave administration, employee records, and HR systems (SuccessFactors).
Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other talent sources to strengthen the company's employer branding and talent pool.
Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee grievance handling.
Promote the company's culture and values through HR initiatives.
