Are you passionate about driving service excellence and customer experience at scale? We’re looking for a strategic Training & Quality Lead to elevate our Customer Care Operations across HO and BPO partners.
🔍 What you’ll do:
Lead and strengthen Training strategy, qualities and operations, enhanced quality assurance framework & SOPs.
Manage QA teams and drive performance across internal & BPO operations.
Deliver continuous improvement initiatives through audits and gap analysis.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, IT, and Risk to enhance customer journeys.
Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
✅ What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Training Operations and Strategy in Contact Center or Customer Care.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on customer experience improvement.
Experience managing BPO/vendor environments.
Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills.
