Job Descriptions:

  1. Receiving pre-alert for Export / Import shipments
  2. Creating Customs Declarations once get draft or final supporting documents from Customer
  3. Received and check the required instruction, information, and documents to complete the Customs declaration as per regulations compliance
  4. Confirm required documentation for the appropriate Customs procedure
  5. Provide an update of Inward manifest data to Import declaration once vessel arrived and ask confirmation from Customer
  6. Transmit data through CEISA 4.0 for final Customs declaration
  7. Check and monitoring the Customs response
  8. Share duty payment to billing team, DSV Finance and Customers to proceed
  9. Share response of the shipments to Customers and send emails for booking trucking to Domestic Services team
  10. In the event of an inspection or physical checking of goods, provide the necessary documents and declaration to the Customs compiler
  11. Provide all necessary documents related to Customs required (e.g: redress, PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang / PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) cancellation, NPBL (Nota Pemberitahuan Barang Larangan / Pembatasan), re-export, etc.)
  12. Prepare guarantee for as per shipment require
  13. Upload document related with Customs to e-doc via email and input custom field on excel report by daily basisMonitoring and ensure all inquiries are promptly replied and followed up by team member in timely manner avoiding reminders

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in transportation, supply chain and logistics
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in transportation company
  3. Good understanding of Regulation related with Customs procedure in Indonesia
  4. Good understanding of BLFC (Basic Logistics Freight Forwarding) knowledge
  5. PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) certificate holder would be an advantages
  6. Ability to have initiative of problem solving
  7. Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assigned, and control) & Strong analytical thinking
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
