Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media strategies.
- Must be able to develop, manage, and maintain company websites, including updating website content, ensuring functionality, optimizing user experience (UX), and implementing SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar website management systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead generation, and digital campaign performance analysis.
- Familiar with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
