Kasie Persiapan Weaving

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Plan and ensure the achievement of production targets (efficiency and quality) for machines in the Preparation Department.

• Plan and organize daily production processes for machines in the Preparation Department.

• Ensure the availability of daily yarn requirements for production.

• Conduct daily evaluations of production performance and implement corrective and improvement actions.

• Ensure compliance with process standards and Work Instructions (WI) in the Preparation Department.

• Supervise, coach, and develop the performance of production employees in the Preparation Department.

• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the 5P program in the Preparation Department.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Preparation Section Head in the weaving industry or manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of production calculation and capacity planning for machines in the Preparation Department.

• In-depth understanding of production machines used in the Weaving Preparation Department.

• Good knowledge of process standards and Work Instructions in the Preparation Department.

• Good understanding of yarn types and fabric patterns used in the weaving process.

• Especially required to be proficient in process WJL Twisting machines (310, 302, 303), Jumbo Winder, DW, Sizing, Beaming, Sectional Warping

• Experienced in preparing production and operational reports.

• Familiar with PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) evaluation and continuous improvement processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Willing to be placed in Cimahi.

• Can join ASAP
