Responsibilities - Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the club, including but not limited to fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas. - Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club. - Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items for the facility. - Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. - Assist with service to the members and guests when required. - Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests. Requirements - Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage daily tasks and priorities. - CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb. - Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking. - Ability to bend, crouch, and reach to perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility. Reporting Structure - Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
