Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements from clients and propose suitable system solutions based on industry best practices.
Configure and optimize D365 modules, particularly within Finance and related business processes.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post go-live support.
Provide user training and assist clients in maximizing system utilization.
Identify and resolve functional issues, including support for data migration activities.
Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Dynamics AX implementation projects.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes, especially Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
Experience in system configuration, business process improvement, and client-facing consulting activities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certification such as MB-300 and/or MB-310 will be an advantage.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
