Job Description
Provide professional spa treatments, including massage, body treatments, and basic beauty therapies according to company standards.
Assess guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness products.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully prepared before and after each session.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest comfort.
Build positive relationships with guests by delivering exceptional customer service.
Keep accurate records of treatments and guest preferences.
Support daily spa operations, including inventory control and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply).
Well-groomed and positive attitude.
Certified in massage therapy, spa therapy, or related wellness treatments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and customer care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are preferred
