Responsibilities
* Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market trends.
* Create mood boards, design sketches, and detailed Tech Packs.
* Select fabrics, colors, prints, trims, and product details.
* Collaborate closely with the production team from sampling to bulk production.
* Review samples, conduct fittings, and ensure every piece meets quality standards.
* Support creative direction for campaign photoshoots and collection launches.
Requirements
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (Adobe Photoshop & CLO3D are a plus).
* Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and product development.
* Creative, detail-oriented, up-to-date with fashion trends, and able to work independently & collaboratively.
* Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be processed
