Procurement Supervisor
? Primary working location: Surabaya (East Java)

? Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the procurement process for raw materials, including demand analysis and procurement strategy planning
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers while actively sourcing new potential vendors
Coordinate with related departments to ensure material arrival aligns with production schedules
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and according to specifications
Monitor and evaluate procurement team performance to ensure operational excellence
? Qualifications
Minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in any major (Engineering/Geology/Management/Food Science of Tehnology is preferred), GPA ? 3.00
Open to candidates from all experience backgrounds
(Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus, but not mandatory)Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Leadership experience is an advantage
Good communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills
Strong logical thinking, calculation ability, and problem-solving skills
High curiosity and eagerness to learn new things
Comfortable working both in office and on-site environments
Not allergic to dust
Willing to travel for business trips (out of town / out of island)
Primary working location: Surabaya (East Java)
