THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Hotel Revenue & E-Commerce Executive to optimize revenue performance and manage our online distribution channels. This role is responsible for implementing pricing strategies, maintaining OTA and direct booking platforms, monitoring market trends, and maximizing occupancy and profitability while ensuring an excellent online guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, e-commerce, or commercial roles.

• Hands-on experience with CloudBeds PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make revenue-driven decisions.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Experience working in a luxury or boutique hotel environment is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and Front Office teams.
