E-commerce & Revenue SPV

Pink Hotels is a dynamic hospitality company based in Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through modern and innovative hotel services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team in the role of E-Commerce Operations and E-Commerce & Revenue SPV. This position is crucial in driving our online presence and revenue generation, offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce strategies in the hospitality industry.

The E-Commerce & Revenue SPV will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and digital advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include overseeing order management, ensuring seamless customer service, monitoring and analyzing website traffic and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective digital campaigns. The role also involves maintaining store operations on online marketplaces and contributing to revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

We are looking for candidates who have an Associate Degree and between 1 and 3 years of experience in related fields. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in customer service, digital marketing, order management, store operations, and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
