Banking Relationship & Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between the Hong Kong team, Indonesia operations, and partner banks to ensure smooth banking operations.

• Coordinate with banking partners to resolve operational issues related to international banking transactions. This role focuses on coordinating and resolving operational issues related to international banking transactions rather than processing fund transfers.

• Monitor banking activities and ensure operational issues are followed up until resolution.

• Escalate urgent banking issues and provide timely updates to management.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with banking partners and relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily cross-border banking operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve banking processes and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain accurate banking documentation and operational records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, corporate banking, transaction banking, treasury operations, trade finance, payment operations, or other relevant banking functions.

• Good understanding of international fund transfers, payment processes, banking operations, and transaction monitoring.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

• Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
