Specialist PPIC

Job Description:

• Develop and execute production and material planning to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Monitor, analyze, and control inventory across warehouses to minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and overall inventory costs.

• Perform demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning based on sales trends, production schedules, and business requirements.

• Calculate and maintain inventory parameters, including Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and lead time to support efficient inventory management.

• Monitor inventory movements through ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and stock opname activities, investigate inventory variances, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

• Generate and analyze inventory, production, and planning reports using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to support operational and management decision-making.

• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.

• Identify inventory risks, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and warehouse performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Have minimum 5 years of PPIC Roles

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time, Demand Forecasting, and ABC Analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, Pivot Tables, and Power Query) for data analysis and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar), particularly in Inventory/PPIC modules.

• Familiar with stock opname (physical inventory count), inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willing to work in Gresik, East Java
