Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate certification and training programs from planning to completion.
- Monitor certification requirements, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Maintain and update certification records and databases.
- Communicate program schedules, requirements, and updates to participants.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and accrediting bodies.
- Prepare reports on certification status, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
- Handle program documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support for exams, assessments, and certification events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, certification management, project coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Learning & Development, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Professional Certification programs.
- Familiarity with ISO, regulatory, or professional certification standards.
