We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our finance operations in a fast-paced Chemical Manufacturing and FMCG environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining healthy cash flow, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a Supervisor position.
Proven experience handling both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Previous experience in the Chemical Manufacturing, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and cost accounting.
Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work at Gresik, East Java
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
Oversee the end-to-end AP and AR processes to ensure timely payments, collections, and accurate reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Support inventory valuation, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance activities.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to optimize financial performance.
