Title: Senior WordPress Developer (Beaver Builder + Zapier Automation)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to execute a fully defined website build using Beaver Builder, along with a WPForms → Zapier → Notion automation workflow.

This is a spec-driven project; all design, wireframes, copy, and implementation guides are already complete. Your role is to execute cleanly, accurately, and efficiently.

If you are someone who follows instructions precisely, builds high-quality responsive sites, and has hands-on experience with Zapier-based workflows, this will be a great fit.

Job Duties:

1. WordPress Build (Beaver Builder)

• Build ~8 pages based on a detailed row-by-row implementation guide

• Use Beaver Builder (including Theme Builder where applicable)

• Ensure full mobile responsiveness across devices

• Implement:

  • Filterable gallery (FooGallery or similar)

  • JavaScript-based pricing calculator

  • Corporate leasing / structured content section

• Apply global header and footer across all pages

2. Form & Automation Workflow
Set up and validate the following pipeline:

WPForms → Zapier → Notion → Email Alerts

• Configure WPForms with proper field structure

• Connect forms to Zapier (webhook or native integration)

• Map and transform fields correctly

• Push data into a Notion database

• Trigger near real-time email alerts (~60 seconds)

• Handle edge cases and ensure no data loss

3. Testing & QA

• End-to-end testing of the full submission flow

• Validate:

  • Form submissions

  • Zapier execution

  • Notion data creation

  • Email notification timing

• Fix bugs and ensure system reliability before handover

4. Performance & Final Delivery

• Optimize for PageSpeed and performance

• Clean, maintainable build (no hacks or shortcuts)

• Final QA and smooth handover

Requirements

• 5+ years of WordPress development experience

• Strong experience with Beaver Builder (including Theme Builder)

• Proven experience with WPForms + Zapier integrations

• Experience working with Notion as a database (via Zapier)

• Solid understanding of:

  • Field mapping and conditional logic

  • API/webhook-based workflows

  • Responsive design best practices

• Ability to follow detailed implementation guides precisely

• Strong QA and debugging skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building calculators with JavaScript

• Familiarity with gallery plugins like FooGallery

• Performance optimization experience (Core Web Vitals)
