About the role

PT. Physiogym Bemore Indonesia is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. As a Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our marketing and communication efforts, crafting compelling narratives and engaging multimedia content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our commitment to health and fitness excellence.

Content Creator (Fitness & Wellness Industry)

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Strong videography and photography skills using both smartphones and professional cameras.

• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut or equivalent editing tools.

• Strong graphic design skills for digital marketing and branding purposes.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Canva Pro, or similar applications.

• Basic understanding of copywriting and marketing storytelling principles.

• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Strong understanding of content trends within the fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyle industries.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools including Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and similar platforms.

• Understanding of content marketing funnels, including Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion stages.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Generate content ideas aligned with marketing objectives and business goals.

• Create content based on the company’s content pillars and brand strategy.

Content Production

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of gym activities, training sessions, events, and member experiences.

• Produce engaging content for Instagram Reels, Feed Posts, Stories, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Edit videos in accordance with brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Design thumbnails, covers, graphics, and supporting visual assets.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

• Conduct weekly research on trends related to:

  • Personal Training

  • Fitness

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • Corrective Exercise

  • Healthy Lifestyle

  • Social Media Trends

• Monitor and analyze competitor content and social media activities.

• Identify high-performing content formats and emerging opportunities.

• Provide content recommendations based on research, analytics, and industry trends.

Performance Analysis

• Evaluate content performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Analyze key metrics including Reach, Engagement, Views, Saves, Shares, and Leads generated.

• Prepare actionable insights and reports to improve future content strategies.

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating visual materials for events, promotions, campaigns, and program launches.

• Document internal and external company events through photo and video coverage.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
