Job Description
We are seeking a professional, good-looking, and service-oriented Villa & Yacht Butler Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will represent our brand with elegance, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality while assisting VIP guests during villa stays, yacht experiences, and exclusive events.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist VIP guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate villa and yacht bookings, check-ins, and guest services.
- Ensure premium hospitality standards throughout the guest journey.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with operations, events, and hospitality teams.
- Maintain excellent presentation and service quality at all times.
- Assist with luxury lifestyle experiences and concierge services.
Requirements
- Female, good-looking, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, villas, yachts, or customer service is preferred.
