Position Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, employee records, and HR administration. The role ensures that employees comply with company policies while supporting management in maintaining a productive, professional, and performance-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Create and publish job postings across various hiring platforms.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate department interviews and hiring schedules.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification when necessary.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Conduct fact-finding and investigations when necessary.
- Assist management in handling disciplinary cases.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as:
- Notice to Explain (NTE)
- Written Warnings
- Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Notices of Decision
- Conduct employee counseling sessions and coaching discussions.
- Process resignations, clearances, and exit interviews.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Track KPI compliance and performance review schedules.
- Assist department heads in implementing performance management programs.
- Maintain employee performance records and evaluations.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee 201 files and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, undertime, and overtime records.
- Ensure completeness of employee requirements and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and employee movement reports.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Facilitate company policy orientation and handbook acknowledgment.
- Coordinate offboarding activities and employee clearance processing.
Policy Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with company handbook and workplace standards.
- Assist in policy development and continuous HR process improvement.
- Support management in maintaining labor law compliance.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations.
- Knowledge of labor standards and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite.
Preferred
- Experience handling disciplinary cases and employee investigations.
- Experience preparing NTEs, Written Warnings, PIPs, and HR reports.
- Experience in SME, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing companies is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: ?18,000 – ?25,000
Up to ?3,000 Monthly Incentives
