WhatYou’llOwn
You’lllead and execute high-visibility initiatives across:
- Events & Experiences– conferences, hosted events, and live activations
- Sponsorships & Partnerships– sourcing, negotiating, and executing
- Out-of-Home Advertising– billboards and physical brand presence
- Direct Mail– creative,logistics, and performance tracking
- TV & Radio– planning, coordination, and campaign rollout
You’llmanage timelines, budgets, vendors, and partners—ensuring every campaignlauncheson time, on brand, and on budget.
How Success Is Measured
- Event ROI and post-event performance
- Campaign reach, engagement, and lead impact
- On-time, on-budget execution
- Brand consistency and visibility across all channels

Who You Are
- 4–8+ years in brand, growth, field, or experiential marketing
- Proven experience owningoffline or hybrid marketing channels
- Exceptionally organized and execution-focused
- Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Confident working directly with executive leadership
- Data-aware and results-driven—you care about whatactually works
Compensation
- Base Salary:$95,000–$125,000
- Performance Bonuses:Tied to event ROI and campaign performance
