You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.What You’ll Do
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
