Requirements:

  • Preferably fluent in active English communication
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a B2B Sales professional for high-value products, such as:

- Metal Fabrication Industry

- Shipbuilding Industry

- Automotive/Car Spare Parts Industry

- Mining Industry

- Property Industry

  • Age between 25 – 35 years old
  • Willing to travel out of town/island for customer visits and exhibitions
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A and SIM C)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, result-oriented

Job Description:

  • Market Development: Identify new prospects, build relationships with potential customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Product Presentation & Demonstration: Present the advantages of metal fabrication machines (CNC, laser cutting, welding, bending, etc.) and conduct demonstrations together with the technical team
  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and cooperation agreements
  • Target Achievement: Achieve individual/team sales targets in line with company plans
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation, and provide market feedback to management
  • After-Sales Service: Handle initial customer complaints and coordinate with the technical service department
  • Administration: Update sales data in CRM and prepare periodic sales reports
