· Develop, recommend, and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional
channels.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights,
and business opportunities.
· Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and
alignment with strategic priorities.
· Conceptualize and produce content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
· Develop and update website content, including product information, articles, and
promotional materials.
· Manage the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling, community
engagement, and performance tracking.
· Overseee-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing updates, promotional
activities, and performance analytics.
· Create, join, and manage promotional campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces to drive
visibility and sales.
· Organize,maintain, and update marketing collaterals such as brochures, product sheets,
digital assets, and event materials.
· Coordinate with partner brands, influencers, and external agencies for collaborative
marketing initiatives.
· Serve as the primary representative for bazaars, trade shows, and other
marketing-related events, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and
post-event reporting.
· Address customer concerns received through social media, e-commerce platforms, and
other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Prepare weekly marketing reports covering campaign performance, social media analytics,
e-commerce metrics, and other key indicators.
· Track and evaluate marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for
continuous improvement.
