Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Al development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) models.
Build Al applications and services using tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Work closely with data scientists and software developers to integrate Al models into production environments.
Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for automation or augmentation.
Integrate Al models into applications using appropriate APIs, frameworks, and platforms.
Stay updated on the latest Al/ML research, tools, and trends to ensure the team applies cutting-edge techniques.
Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance with data regulations (Comply with policy and Indonesian law, especially UU ITE).
Ensure alignment of expectations for the Human Capital system, including but not limited to Al-related components, throughout both development and implementation stages.
Education & Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative Al, or reinforcement learning.
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to work independently.
Experience with data annotation tools and synthetic data generation.
Experience working with datasets and data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
3+ years of experience in Al/ML development.
Proficiency in Python and major Al/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the Al/ML domain.
