About Us
Kyndred Paws is a fast-growing pet brand. We're a small, ambitious team where everyone builds. We're looking for one exceptional fresh graduate to own how our products go to market — and we're willing to pay above market rate to get the right person.
The Role
You will own the journey of our products from idea to sale. That means researching a product, figuring out how to position and price it, getting it listed and compliant, briefing our designer on the creatives, and running the marketing that makes it sell. You won't be handed a playbook — you'll write it.
This is not a coordination role. You will execute: write the copy, build the listing, set up the campaign, and measure what happened.
What You'll Do
Product commercialization
Research new products: market demand, competitors, pricing benchmarks, and positioning angles
Define pricing recommendations backed by competitor and margin analysis
Determine what needs to appear on product labels and packaging (regulatory, marketplace, and customer-facing requirements) and get them produced
Listings & channels
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across our sales channels (marketplaces, social commerce, and our website)
Write listing copy that ranks and converts — in English
Creative direction & copywriting
Write all marketing copy: product descriptions, ad copy, captions, campaign messaging
Turn ideas into precise creative briefs (references, layout direction, copy, specs) so our designer can execute right the first time
Review design outputs against the brief and give clear, actionable feedback
Channel marketing & content
Own the marketing calendar across our channels — plan product launches, marketplace campaign events (e.g. twin-date sales), and promos, and see them through
Manage the content calendar and day-to-day content across our social channels
Track campaign and sales performance, learn from the numbers, and iterate
Collabs & partnerships (start small, grow with you)
Help us explore collaborations — reaching out to pet influencers and communities, arranging product seeding, and supporting simple co-marketing ideas
No prior experience needed here; curiosity and good communication are enough to start
Where This Role Can Grow
You won't be expected to do everything at once — we'd rather you master the core, then expand. As you (and the brand) grow, this role can take on:
Running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, marketplace ads) with real budget
Building our KOL and affiliate program into a proper channel
Owning community and repeat-purchase programs (WhatsApp, loyalty, reviews & UGC)
Representing the brand at pet expos and offline events
Shaping our new-product pipeline through market and competitor intelligence
The destination is Brand Manager — with a team and budget of your own.
Who You Are
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience — any major; marketing, communications, or business is a plus
Excellent written English and Bahasa Indonesia — you can write copy that sells, not just correct sentences
A researcher by instinct: you figure things out yourself before asking
A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without being chased
A fast learner who is energized (not stressed) by doing something new every week
Organized enough to run multiple products and campaigns at once
Bonus points
Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace seller tools (e.g. Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
Exposure to paid social (Meta / TikTok ads)
Basic Canva or Figma skills (to mock rough drafts for the designer)
You love pets
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: You understand our products, channels, and customers. You've taken over the content calendar and are briefing the designer independently.
By 60 days: You've listed a new product end-to-end — research, pricing, label, listing, launch creatives — with minimal hand-holding.
By 90 days: You own product go-to-market. The founder reviews your plans instead of creating them.
